Click once on the Rainbow Six 3 Gold icon on your Desktop to select it

Hold ALT and ENTER keys

Do you see steam://rungameid/19830

Add -norunaway after the steam://rungameid/19830 and click Apply then OK.

Like: steam://rungameid/19830 -norunaway

If that doesnt fix your crashing. Change the -norunaway to -noloop and try that.
Let me know.

If you still get a slow download on a server when joining, exit and rejoin the server. Sometimes that fixes it.

Make sure the connection speed in the game multiplayer options menu is set to T3.

There is no subway maps files, just stock.. now what ? I can join a server, look around, soon as I move it crashes..
