The alternative loadout is:

MP5/10A2 + Suppressor

Mk. 23 +Suppressor

Flashbangs + More Flashbangs (or Heartbeat Sensor)

Is designed for CQB, and is pretty much the kit the team used in the novel. And it works pretty well.

My standard loadout is usually

M4 + Scope

Mk.23 + Suppressor

Flashbangs + Frags

This one tends to work on every situation except VERY long range, as in, sniper range.
