From what I’ve seen, tools that unify multiple data sources and offer predictive scoring can really change how mid-sized teams handle leads. Even without using it directly, having a system that gives accurate buyer insights and integrates cleanly with existing CRMs seems like a huge timesaver, helping teams focus on real opportunities instead of spending hours manually sorting through contacts or guessing which leads are worth pursuing.
