Hi Wout, yes! Very active! We have more new maps not mentioned on this old thread. Also a new 2020 map pack is coming soon. Also there are more maps being designed!  Some recent maps released are on Youtube but I need to make more videos of several more maps released recently. Also we have a lot of Rogue Spear maps! We even made a Athena Sword + Iron Wrath server inside Raven Shield.

Is anyone still playing this game? i played Rogue Spear years and years online, also covert ops and urban ops.
I really miss those days.

I really like to play this mod. Does anyone still play this?

Just one map did that pretty sure. Just copy them all and overwrite. Its not even necessary the map maker did that but it makes no sense haha. In any case if you are missing a file the server will download it when you play that map and usually it only takes a few seconds. Make your connection speed in the menu T3 by the way.

HI Bud,
After many years away , I have found RS6 to be back in my good gaming books.
I tried the download link for the 256 mb map pack but it goes to a chinese/japanese parked domain site?
I did note that the individual maps are downloaded from the game servers, so that should alleviate that need.
Great work by the way, keeping the RS6 series alive.

NOTICE: You do not need this map pack to play online.
Also if you do install it, back up your maps and templates folders just in case.

The maps for these servers should automatically download in seconds in game,
but just in case you experience slow downoading in game you can get many of the files here.

Step 1: Install this map pack:
• Download From: [ ModDB: RAINBOW SIX 3 MAP PACK 2018 ]
• or if ModDB is too slow get it from: Google Drive

Step 2: Then install this map as its newer and overwrite any files:

• IMPORTANT! STEP 3! (NEW JUNE 2020) - Delete the R6RUSS files and the Coastline_T files from the pack after installing. These files are outdated and will be coming in a new 2020 map pack later this summer after I release a couple more new maps.

This is just a collection of files from the ALLR6.com Rainbow Six 3 online servers.
For people who prefer to download them this way faster instead of in game.
Most of this content is random, collected from all over the internet.
Maps and files made by many people from all over the world as far back as the 90's.
Some of these are not going to be able to played in single player.
This is simply to speed up peoples ability to join and play on the ALLR6 servers!

I   - Exit game, Exit Steam or Uplay.
II  - Copy to your Rainbow Six 3 Gold folder, overwrite/merge.
    or if cd version Copy to your Raven Shield folder, overwrite/merge.
III - Join us on the Discord post in #techsupport with any questions.


• IMPORTANT! Set connection speed to T3 in game options - ALWAYS!
  You will still need to download a few files from time to time on the servers.

I   - Find the name of the file in your game folder.
II  - Delete the file.
III - Join server again, download the new or proper version from the server.

For example: R6RUSS_T.utx, go to your Textures folder and delete it.
