Raven Shield Help please

Hello,

first of all, thanks for having me

can someone please give me a hand to start a raven shield server

I'm using my original CD's

What I've done:
1) Complete game install = OK
2) PAtch fr 1.0 -> 1.60 = OK
3) PAtch ALLR6-R63-ONLINEPATCH-v2.3-2017.exe = OK
4) patch NO CD (seems safelock does not work with windows 8.1) R63-NOCD-ALLR62017 = OK
5) using R6GameService_Patcher = OK
6) Firewall Disable = OK
7) Internet Box , routers port forwarding,
    TCP: 7777-7787,8777-8787 = OK
    UDP: 7777-7787,8777-8787 = OK

no problem when i'm joining a dedicated server, it works like a charm

but when I want to play with my brother like before

it's always my local IP adress (192.168.1.21) in game instead my real internet IPv4 (92.91.228.86 )

can someone please tell me if there's a way to make my own server as before ?

did i Miss something ?
