Pre-Raven shield R6 games on windows 10

Hi guys.

Very new to the community and hoping you guys may be able to help me.
I'm attempting to reboot all of the old classic R6 games from the 98 original, the eagle watch expansion, Rogue Spear, Urban operations, Covert operations and Black thorn.
Now my old xp setup from 2006 refuses to work at all with them, so looking at upgrading my pc and have seen that there seems to be quite a number of people attempting the same goal.
Was wondering if anyone in the community can shed some light on this, and if at all possible give me some help and tips to make it happen.

Yeah it's been rebooted by Koreans but english patched for all newest windows up to 11.
