Editing Raven Shield game files

I just saw a video (from 2006) or some guys playing LAN with 100 terrorists.
I noticed in single player you're limited to 36 or so tangos, but can boost it up to over 40 if Lone Wolf.

Surely there is an ini file you can edit to increase the bot limit?

Any ideas?

It depends on the map actually. On average ALLR6 servers have 40-60. Some have 80 or so.

Ok, so best to find a custom map that allows a large amount of NPCs?
