Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield CD version - Windows 11

I bought Raibow six 3 Raven Shield at a flea market. Now I have installed it but nothing starts. My computer runs Windows 11. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

You can try installing OpenRVS 1.6 at https://www.allr6.com/discuss/viewtopic.php?id=1079, and hopefully, you can see the server list. Also, make sure you have the patch going from 1.0 to 1.6 patch as well: https://www.allr6.com/discuss/viewtopic.php?id=827. Also, if you still have issues, there is a cracked version, which you don't need Steam to purchase: https://www.allr6.com/discuss/viewtopic.php?id=101.
